I'd like to thank everyone that contacted me after my post about the fact that I DO, unlike so many other agents, actually welcome RENTAL Clients. Now, year-round rentals are one thing, but Palm Beach Gardens also attracts a lot of families that are looking for seasonal rentals. These are typically December to the end of February or even March. And full golf memberships are a BIG plus. However - people have waited way, WAY too long to secure rentals for the coming winter season!
